So noisy but to be expected from toddlers at a lunch time session. So happy that the dogs were so welcome. Thank you.

Only lost a star on the service as we had to wait a while for dessert. We had quite a noisy table next to us which wasn't the Haylofts fault. I watched the cleaning of the tables after one cover and that was good, but the chairs also need to be wiped in these times of Covid (and always) as these are touched by the guests quite a bit. A fantastic restaurant and we have already recommended to others if they are in the area. Thank you for a lovely evening. Jenny

The evening started badly and ended shambolically. We had been sitting for 35+ mins before we got our drinks. Food arrived and was good quality but when we got to desserts there was on Cheese and ice cream left. So disappointing. We then waited 15 mins for the bill to be brought and ended up walking to the bar where there was 3 families already waiting to leave. The bill was missing so many items but the manager offered the meal at the covers presented. Probably the poorest experience for a long time but the chef seems good.
