Vegan option for starter x2, main x1 and nothing for pudding. Could add this? Food was amazing otherwise. Odd yet satisfying. Thank you again; seabass main! I could have eaten 5 times over with the sauce.

We enjoyed our evening at The Hayloft. Staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top. The restaurant space was lovely, lots of small rooms gave a good atmosphere without being too noisy. We enjoyed the scallops, sea bass and eton mess particularly. My wife found the chicken liver parfait a bit too strong and gamey.

I am still waiting for a reply regarding our bill. I think we may have been overcharged. I emailed as soon as we got home on Sunday.

Roast dinner not as good as before lockdown! Yorkies disappointing...meat a bit tough. Mackerel starter described as a broth but wasn’t - just in a bed of tinned tomatoes.

Although the food tastes good we did feel that the starters were overpriced

Very nice staff and very COVID aware, Thank you. Nice food choice, not sure about the starter but mains were excellent and home made ice cream also excellent.
