Service at the bar was efficient but a bit "stressy" and I have to say I felt like I was being a pain just for ordering food at the same time as someone else. My vegan burger arrived without a burger which I thought was hilarious, it was quickly replaced with a beef burger which was less funny. Correct food eventually brought and a refund and apology offered which I thought was excellent customer service and exactly how that should have been dealt with. We'll definitely be back as overall we found the food good and good value for money despite the small issues on the day.
