It was lovely service. Please consider adding child desert in the children’s menu. My child Of 6yrs wanted ice cream but adults were on diet, we had to order a plateful of three big scoops, it was a little bit wasteful.

Great restaurant with amazing food. We had a family meal there To celebrate our anniversary. We had our 6 year old with us and the children’s menu is really good it had plenty on our daughter liked. We all love the sushi and had a fabulous time thank you.

Had a lovely meal and booths mean social distancing was no problem. We got to our table a tad late but had our first drinks free to make up for it which was decent. The staff had asked everyone to keep to an hour and a half on their table and the people prior to us did not do so, so was not the restaurant’s fault as I understand is hard to enforce if people delay. So we felt comfortable and very much like a normal meal and the food was fab! Thank you!

Visited on Friday. Very poor social distancing measures. People had to stay in a crowd due to overbooking. (1.5 hr slots are not realistic, the restaurant was simply too greedy for more income). The kitchen could not cope with serving customers and takeaways. Overall a very disappointing experience but we do love the food.

What a disappointing experience for my family! We came for dinner at 6.40pm. I think a bowl of edamame came at 8pm! With everything else! Actually, not everything. 2 orders of squid starters were missed. At 8.20pm (when the missed squid dishes arrived after some chasing) we were told they were going to give us the bill as they needed our table. We still wanted an ice cream, the little motchi cakes, for the children. The waitress actually went to check if that would be ok. When she came back she told us the ice cream was not possible as they needed the table. I was in shock! By this time we still didn’t get the bill and frankly there was plenty of time for the kids to have not one but several motchi balls. We were offered to take the ice cream as a take away. We did and you would too if you saw the kids’ faces at a prospect of missing out on the special dessert. When our bill, finally, arrived I wasn’t really expecting the ice cream to be on it but hey ho, £4 won’t kill us. This wasn’t our first time in Kazoku. The food was always good but overall experience was smudged with management issues every single time. I’ve never complained, I’ve never given a bad review. In fact, up until now I always urged my friends to go and check Kazoku out. Dining in Kazoku is not cheap and I’d expect everything about this place to match the price. Until Kazoku finds a way how to manage take aways and run a restaurant at the same time I don’t think better service is possible. I am a huge sushi lover and it pains me to say I won’t be back. How could I after the appalling treatment my family received?
