Unfortunately the menu had completely changed from my previous visit and a lot of our previous choices where no longer available. The food we did order was definately not up to the previous standards

Great food, great service, but it just felt far too rushed which spoiled the experience.

The food was ok but did not pack a flavourful punch. Service was not strong, a lot of staff but only two people seemed to be doing all the work - I felt for them.

One of the dishes recommended to us by the waitress, was very expensive for what you actually received. Everything else was very good. Good ambience is difficult to achieve in the current situation, in future I would always request that we be sat upstairs where I have been even when restrictions were greater. It would have been nice if the floor and seat had had a quick brush/clean, it felt a little more cafe than restaurant. I will return as I love the food and believe in easier circumstances this would not have been the case.

Booked the restaurant upstairs but when I arrived was told it wasn’t open so had to eat downstairs which is a little like having dinner in a takeaway shop. Other diners arrived dressed up for a smart evening and were told the same. They didn’t seem to have half the things in the menu, for an expensive dinner I would expect far better. Needs to decide if it’s a takeout joint or a restaurant and if they want to be both then smarten the place up.

Amazingly fresh and gorgeous food! Service slow with the drinks, had to ask after 15 minutes of no drinks. No chopsticks, had to ask and serviette arrived just after.
