The staff are fantastic and it’s clean, sticks to covid restrictions, Felt very safe and the food is brilliant. Down sides were they had a LOT missing from the menu which we understood was probably due to covid restrictions and supply. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out some meals, duck instead of pork etc. Another downside was they placed all of the sushi on one tray which was not great as we specified our friend was a vegetarian and they still placed it on the tray of fish and meat products. Also this made it awkward for eating as the side plates were tiny and it was a large and heavy wooden platter to scoot around the table for everyone to get the food. They did this with the desert we ordered; three separate orders on one tray. It’s just not easy eating and to be frank we would rather just have our own plates, were at a restaurant not at home ‍♀️ Also they over charged us by £25 and we have to wait for a refund 3/5 days to get it back which was annoying but not end of the world. All in all 8/10 for experience 10/10 for staff 10/10 for food

The food isn’t cheap and you’d expect it to come with good service but we felt like we were being rushed from the start of our sitting and it doesn’t feel so much like a friendly place to eat. I think in future we may just get takeaway.
