Nepatiko kambarys, nejaukus, mažai erdvės. Nepatiko, kad informacija, jog reikia rezervuoti laiką į SPA erdvę gavau ne iš karto, kai gavau rezervacijos patvirtinimą. Tik vėliau, kai nusprendžiau pakeisti užsakymą ir užsisakyti papildomai vakarienę, gavau informaciją, kad baseino ir pirčių erdvė neveikia. Parašius paklausimą, ar tikrai neveikia, gavau atsakymą, kad veikia, bet reikia rezervuoti laiką. Kadangi vienai nakvynei turėjau kuponą, kur buvo įskaičiuoti masažai, vėl turėjau rašyti ir klausti, gal ir masažų laiką reikia rezervuoti. Pasirodo, kad taip, reikia. Tai gal būtų galima iš karto surašyti informaciją, kad reikia rezervuoti spa erdvei laiką, kad reikia rezervuoti masažų laiką. Ir jeigu klientai lietuviai, kodėl jiems siunčiami laiškai angliškai?
