I order 2 pizzas and 1 had a burnt crust. Almost sent it back, but I was hungry. I saw it come out of the oven smoking and thought he’s burnt that, then it got put on our table. I eat it though (bar the crust) so did say anything to anyone. I used to own a restaurant and hated people complain about something they had eaten, thinking they just want a discount. Wasn’t going to mention it, but since you asked for feedback, there it is.
