The group enjoyed the cats and food. But the food service needs to be quicker please. Refreshments going into the cat area should be as order, so if it is a hot choc & cake then it makes sense for these 2 items to be served together rather than one and then after 5 minutes the other. This is my second visit and the slow service was an issue both times. And perhaps because it was the last session of the day, I'm not sure, the lady in the cat side was rather curt.

Really lovely staff and friendly atmosphere. Cats were so sweet and lovely, thoroughly enjoyable. Will be back ✨

Lovely enviroment and wonderful experience. Wish I could have spent longer there, but I don't think there was an option for a double booking?
