Overall the experience was okay but in all honesty I found it somewhat expensive. The £6 entrance fee was fine but then to pay another £17 for 3 drinks and cakes was excessive. There are deals all round where the average price for this is less than a fiver and it needs to be more competitive to get people to recommend it or visit again. I would have preferred a more calming environment in the actual cat cafe itself. All we got were instructions non stop from your team and it was too much. I just wanted to sit, admire and stroke a few cats not be told non stop what I could/ could not do. It was just too overbearing and I left feeling disappointed in the whole experience. The cats are beautiful, the idea great, the owners lovely but tone it down a bit and review your prices and I hope you succeed.

Absolutely fantastic little place. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with gorgeous, placid cats. Looking forward to my next trip!
