First time writing a bad review, or honestly - writing any review at all. The staff didn’t show any interest in how we liked the food after any of the dishes, so - I’m writing it here. Although from pictures and by the look of the interior the place looked stunning - it was too quick to assume the food would be just as good!! What is usually meant by a course menu is that you can clearly see the chef’s work, get amazed by exceptional flavours and food combinations and overall an outstanding experience. Paying an overpriced fee for basic and bland flavours, where with every dish we were crossing our fingers the next one would be better - is that worth the price you’re paying for? For the starters - literally a children’s party meal (cucumber with sour cream sauce), which we kind of laughed about, but didn’t think the rest would not be better; a piece of tomato; beef tartare in a biscuit so dry that we had a hard time chewing it; potato in kefir that had our stomachs start running…etc. We really tried to be patient with every dish and hope for the best; we get that all of the food comes from local farms, but doesn’t all food, especially in Baltic states? It is not the way to centre the whole restaurant around just that one concept, and get away with it. Really none of the dishes are even worth remembering, I would better say save your money, time and stomachs for this experience. Although this might not change anything, I hope the place comes up with better food that is worth the price you pay at Michelin starred restaurants!!! Save your money, go to the LOCAL MARKET and I promise you, you will exceed this restaurants level at home.
