Dear restaurant Team! It was wery nice evening, but still you need to do a lot of things. The food was very good, the story about the process was perfect, but there was no WOW effect. Service - there You need to work a lot, to make a guest special. Firstable - You should be more convincing, should more pay attention to details, for example - when guest go away somewhere, change a new napkin, put it on the table (new one). And if you have some problems don’t show it. As you are very young restaurant - the team and the idea is very very good and you will have a lot of hard work in future to make everything perfect!!! We require valid information from the guest making the reservation including first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, allergies, and dietary restrictions if applicable.

Table reservations

The reservation system will generate a reference number that is required to cancel your reservation online. Tables are selected automatically by the reservation system according to availability and can be changed manually to enhance your experience.

Booking cancellations

You can cancel your reservation by visiting Nineteen18 home page or contacting the restaurant directly via phone +37060808950 no later than 48 hours before the time of your reservation.

No Show and Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation time.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation, please contact the restaurant directly to cancel your reservation. A cancellation fee of 50 EUR per person may apply.

Restaurant Nineteen18 leaves themselves an option to cancel your reservation 10-days before the actual booking date.

Late arrival

The restaurant experience is time-sensitive, therefore we require you to be on time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes we reserve the right to consider it a no-show and cancel your reservation. Please contact the restaurant by phone +37060808950 if you need to adjust the time of your arrival.

Group bookings

Reservations for groups of 9 or more guests are managed manually and it is highly advised to begin the process by contacting us via phone +37060808950.

Service Charge

We say NO to cash for tips and it feels right to do so as transparency is one of our company’s core values. Therefore a service charge of 10% will be applied on top of your final bill as it is the best way to express your gratitude to our staff in a fair manner.
