Our experience of dining with you was excellent, once again. This started with a pleasant reception and explanation of changes since reopening. The waiting staff were all so friendly and pleasant. We actually discussed this at the time because the place was full to its capacity and yet there was no sense of the staff appearing harassed or irritated, no matter what the request. They are a credit to the organisation and management are to be congratulated on the policies in place to recruit the right staff and put training in place to ensure that these standards are maintained. It does make such a difference. There are a number of other venues in Durham that could learn a lot from you. In terms of the food, as already stated, excellent, as always. Piping hot and everything cooked to perfection. It is the first time we have tried the beef Wellington and it won't be the last. First rate. Thank you.
