You were brilliant. Beer was superb, staff, as ever, were really helpful, Covid stuff was really well done without being intrusive. Thanks (didn't have food but the feedback instisted on a score)

First, and poss last, time visitors. Product knowledge and information has to paramount for all staff to be able to pass on to customers immediately as there should not be folks wandering around the bar trying to find out what ales are on in these CV19 times. Whilst there is a "drinks" menu on the tables there is a need for a beers available sheet (daily if necessary ), or even a black/white board strategically placed if staff cant remember what the 3 cask ales are on. Bar nice and clean, seating comfortable, CV info, adequate, management poor, survey form poor as cant submit without food score when it was a drinks only visit, Peter B 07791159526

The menu didn't have any beer on it- maybe include the beer options on the menu.

Very disappointing! I had a visitor for the weekend and emailed the day before to check that food was being served as I wanted to treat her to a meal out. I was assured in the affirmative, but on at rival we were told that no food was available. Unable to book elsewhere at short notice I had to offer my guest takeaway pizza! I was also disappointed by the limited range of gins available, and was further embarrassed on discovering that my guest’s first choice was also out of stock. I had previously raved about Red Willow to my friend as a result of which, she had specifically asked to visit. The actual service was very good although the waitresses need to make sure that they visit the balcony more frequently. Sue Adams
