Didn’t eat but fabulous beer as usual. Friendly staff and well organised booking system.

Lovely staff, fine beer but the pizzas were very poor. Two came ten minutes after the first two, the margarita was just like soggy, cold cheese on toast. Crusts hard an inedible, sorry but it was so disappointing.

Poor menu, food wasn't great, reserved table was taken by someone else. Oh dear.

Possible That A Second Terminal Should Be In Play To Allow Staff To Take Multiple Orders. Registering at the table may also cut down on waiting time at the door. Otherwise very pleasant visit.

We love the Red Willow and we have tried to visit at least once a week since you opened. A couple of things for feedback though.. When we came in this Saturday (28-08) it was very cold, this wasn’t due to the open door it was due to the Air conditioning. Also i love Breakfast Stout and Wreckless my fave beer of all time but it would be lovely to see another cask beer between 4.5% and 5.5% ish just for a change. I know Covid has changed things! And we still love the Red Willow xx

Loved the place ... 'quick drink' visit before driving home but will be back. cant comment on food as we didn't eat
The service was lovely but selection of drinks was very poor. No Prosecco and wine on tap for a litre was ridiculously priced for such basic wine.
