Kiaulienos didkepsni daug riebalo. Picoje daug Ruklos labai mažais mėsos. Grindis po stalais labai nešvarios ypač prie gretimų stalų. Nepakeisti įrankiai ar neatnestos naujos šakutės kai buvo panaudotos.
