Elevating the experience of our remarkable surroundings is the ethos of Restaurant Peak. Our passionate and creative team of professionals run our on-site restaurant on the way acclaimed chef Matti Jämsen paved.

The intimate restaurant offers a striking view over the hills and a relaxed atmosphere in which to truly immerse yourself in a Northern culinary journey. Locally curated menus, seasonal ingredients and flavours from the wilderness are at the heart of what we serve. The refined, honest food is paired with great wines and cocktails and heartfelt service.

The restaurant is closed for this spring, we only serve food to our hotel guests. See you next season!

Ruoka oli hyvää, mutta pääruoka-annos siika oli kyllä surkean pieni annos. Ulkomaalaiset varmaan ihmettelee kalan vähyyttä annoksessa ja isommat miehet jäivät nälkäisiksi. Helppo asia korjata. Sitten hämmästelin ettei pöydillä ollut liinaa tai tabletteja. Aterimet olivat suoraan kosketuksissa puiseen pöytäpintaan. Mietitytti miten hygieenisesti pinta oli puhdistettu. Liina pöydällä olisi tämän hintaisen ravintolan perusjuttu.

Ihana tunnelma, erittäin hyvä ruoka ja hyvä menukokonaisuus ja siihen sopivat viinit. Erinomaisen luonteva ja miellyttävä tarjoilija!

Siihen vohveliannokseen ihan snadisti enemmän suolaa ja koko setti olisi ollut täydellinen. Nyt se oli ”10-”. Ja eikös sekin ole suht ok...? Ja siis asiaan, hieno tason nosto viime kaudesta! Sekään ei ollut huono;) -Tero

By far the best food, ambience, service and location to eat in Ruka. I will definitely eat here again when we return. The 5 course chef's choice menu was a treat.
