Liellopu ribiņas bija nedaudz par sausu. Kā arī deserta dzēriens nebija pasniegts kopā ar desertu. Bet, kādu laiku pēc. Viss pārējais bija lielisks! Paldies!

The lack of staff training No one knows anything about food or wine list. Everyone was polite, but the lack of understanding is very disappointing

Great and unexpected originally. With our experience in Riga we can say that it is one of the best place to dinner out. Thank you!

We wanted to order one more drink but one person from the service told us we will not get any drinks because they closed the bar. But 5 minutes after he mixed cocktails and drinks and we were asking why are you mixing sth if the bar is still closed. After that one of the service worker talked with other guests about us because we complained which was really rude. Other people still get drinks even if the bar is „closing“ and we not … that’s actually quite sad and rude because we really wanted to stay at the kempinski hotel for our next visit but now we will definately not book any room in this hotel.

We had perfect evening BUT BAD MUSIC PLAYING second part of the evening!! = hard rock and loud which does not fit in your lovely hotel and restaurant. We asked 3x times to change the music. Response from the manager was that THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE?! Strange reaction and answer that one could not change the music.

Ienācām uz kokteili pirms Operas izrādes. Būtu vēlams ātrāk apkalpot, jo kokteiļus un uzkodas nācās gaidīt. Uzkodu plati varētu piedāvāt uz pusi mazāku, pilnīgi pietiktu priekš kokteiļa baudītājiem.

Everything very good - already recommended to a couple of friends
Visitors in shorts and t-shirts for place like this is nonsense,music became more and more aggressive during the evening, bringing uncomfortable feelings. Level of service and kitchen has significantly dropped and looks to cause loss of loyal customers futhermore.
