The place lacks some architectural liveliness. The lighting is simply bad. The glowy ceiling above the bar gives the impression of a fisherman barrack by the beach side. It is such a nice place with a great potential in the heart of the city but very low quality interior. The food is not great, appetizers good. The ramen pasta was out of the landscape. The chairs for the table that we sat right on the right side at the entry, were too long and uncomfortable to eat. The table mid support does not allow you to stay with your feet normal but always spread apart. Thanks to my gf that she did not have a skirt. How they recommend to hire a good architect and do something with the place. Staff were very friendly and generous - many thanks for that. We will definitely not come back again until the place is renovated and the food menu changed.

We were at the dinner with extremely important guests. So we picked your restaurant presuming that service will be at the top level, so we all were disappointed. I will spend an hour here listing all the things that went wrong at the dinner, I was ashamed of bringing our very special guests to your restaurant. I will be writing bad reviews on social media about our spoilt dinner. Obviously, your waitresses had never received customer service training, that usually provide a restaurant at your level. You have spoilt our evening.

I visited SPA and the restaurant within the offer “Bliss of SPA”. I enjoyed immensely both the SPA and the restaurant - the staff are very friendly and hospitable, everything was on time. Thank you! I will come back and try another SPA program someday
