had a very good time. I love the dinner format when you don't have to make decisions. the dinner menu was well thought out, the wines were in harmony with the dishes served. service is friendly, not intrusive. I would like to visit the place again. Thank you!

Fish Mosaic was good. Dashi useless and made the nori and tapioca squashy. Deer was perfect in flavor maybe a little bit to hard roasted. Barley need a little bit more salt and the red wine sauce maybe a little bit more butter for a deeper and round taste. Cod was perfect, nice crispy dough. The kimchi had al lot power and the dill mayonaise was pretty light and had a decent dill flavor. Chips were ok but to many strong flavors at one time(truffle oil and parmesan cheese) Service was good at the start but sometimes not so attentiv during the later time.
