We wanted to order one more drink but one person from the service told us we will not get any drinks because they closed the bar. But 5 minutes after he mixed cocktails and drinks and we were asking why are you mixing sth if the bar is still closed. After that one of the service worker talked with other guests about us because we complained which was really rude. Other people still get drinks even if the bar is „closing“ and we not … that’s actually quite sad and rude because we really wanted to stay at the kempinski hotel for our next visit but now we will definately not book any room in this hotel.

Ienācām uz kokteili pirms Operas izrādes. Būtu vēlams ātrāk apkalpot, jo kokteiļus un uzkodas nācās gaidīt. Uzkodu plati varētu piedāvāt uz pusi mazāku, pilnīgi pietiktu priekš kokteiļa baudītājiem.
