All the specialty dishes were fine, except for the raw lobster starter. Lobster raw is tough and without flavor. It would have been much better to offer this cooked, then chilled as it most often is. Otherwise, quite positively impressed.

Salīdzinot ar pieredzi pasākumā 2021.gada augustā, apkalpošanas kvalitāte un viesmīļu rūpība detaļām, bija ievērojams kritums. Pavāru komandas darbs turpināja priecēt.
