Starter was returned as over cooked and dry. Replaced but only after waitress came to clear plates and noticed stater had not been touched. Main was delicious but some chips was the sharp ends of chips so some left. Room was busy and noisy but good atmosphere because of birthdays, however delayed service due to big table orders.

Not happy to be told a lost voucher couldn't be replaced and I would lose £25. Really thought you would be able to replace lost/damaged vouchers.

Lovely food, baring starters was cold. Steak was lovely as usual. Great atmosphere. Just feel you over booked with partys etc leaving everyone else with cold food.

Amazing I know you were struggling with chefs and covid it was rammed and very busy but we were served well ,the only downside was guy behind the bar was quite dismissive with us and quite rude and curt with a man who was purchasing expensive wine , so proud the man didn’t rise to his attitude as he was with a very large party and enjoying his evening

Starter had taken 1 hour to come out main another hour, food portions where too small for the price, and the food was average nothing special
