The only fault was that the Waitress who took our order didn't mention the specials And we didn't realise they were there until 10 minutes later

Lemony chicken was delicious. Just a pity that you had no fish and chips! your menu is quite thin on choice for lunch.

Utterly dreadful data protection. Only been to Symondsbury once, on July 8th 2026 but they muddled up our booking & sat us in someone else's table. We then noticed that the table opposite had our email address on it instead of our name so that's why they couldn't find it. Since that day we've had multiple table booking confirmations sent to our email address on virtually a daily basis despite alerting Symondsbury estate of the issue. Another booking has just arrived today & we're fed up with it all. We just hope our credit card details are not also being shared around. Naturally we cannot recommend Symondsbury after this ridiculous situation that is still ongoing with no sign of it stopping.

A warm friendly welcome, beautiful setting and delicious food! Came for coffee and came back later for lunch- it was so good!

Everything was excellent, if I was being fussy, the tables were a little tired and in need of repair/paint
