This proved to be a delightful experience for my wife’s birthday lunch. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and attentive, and the sun shone! Perfect!!

I was given a Symondsbury voucher for my birthday so my partner and I decided to spend it at Symondsbury Kitchen on Sunday morning. The service was great and we both had the Full English which was absolutely delicious, everything was really tasty. I booked the table for 10.45 and when we’d finished, just after 11.10, we thought toast and marmalade would round off our breakfast nicely. However we were told that the kitchen was now closed as lunch was being prepared. It was a disappointing end to what had been a great experience.

Took a friend for lunch who had not been before. The menu choice is varied and interesting, food we ordered was delicious and the service, as always excellent

Loved it so much we visited every day. Cocktails on terrace the evening we arrived on holiday were lovely as was lunch the next day and breakfast the day after. The landscape on the estate is first rate

I visited with family for a weekend lunch and I was more than impressed with the menu. Also, a huge selection of gluten & dairy free options which can prove to be difficult at times. The food was seasonal & absolutely delicious, beautifully presented along with happy helpful staff. Do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed

SK has a good menu at the moment which is very welcome. Enjoyed a couple of the small plates and hot drinks. Everything very good. Particularly pleased to say the drinks were nice and hot as it seems to be a trend at other places to serve luke warm coffee/hot choc. Servers are really friendly and cheerful. Glad I reserved a table, it was full!
