Totally accept a wait for food at peak times, but half an hour for a drink? This suggests that you might not have enough staff on!

Potion was a tad small for me but it was delicious. Been here a number of times and always liked it.The coffee is excellent as is the service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch last Sunday - mainly roast dinners, all served with a good selection of vegetables, and delivered promptly. Excellent aubergine and 5 nut roast and roast pork!

It was so noisy. Something needs to be done about the acoustics. It was difficult to hear what my friend was saying due to the surrounding noise level. Think it is a problem with the high ceiling.
