Everyone enjoyed their lunch but it was obvious there was a lack of staff. We were left to go to the bar to order pudding and coffee before the table was cleared. The staff were lovely and apologetic and it is nice not to be rushed but this needs to be dealt with.

Very disappointed to see that a Veggie Full English Breakfast has been discontinued, especially in these times! My food order was incorrect on arrival. Eggs were under done. Spices in baked beans still not highlighted or expected, one year ago this flagged up.

Have eaten at Symondsbury several times but it was our first ’Sunday lunch’. The roast was delicious, perfectly cooked chicken and vegetables. Service exemplary as always, efficient and friendly.
