The music was much too loud and intrusive, such a shame. It's not possible to close ones ears. I don't understand why music is needed in such a lovely place.

Although we had booked exclusive use of the top room the serving staff set up tables for us in the bottom room and sent early arriving guests to wait in there. We had to wait while the staff set up the top room at my insistence. Embarrassing in front of guests!

Despite being very busy, we were warned how long our wait would be for coffee in the morning, and time was spent offering us a table my mum could sit at (mobility problems and unable to get up from a bench), both for coffee and at lunchtime. Thank you for the excellent service - and lovely cake too!

The tagliatelle could have been a bit hotter but otherwise we enjoyed the meal
Hello, both my husband and I really enjoyed lunch on Saturday and bfast on Sunday. We were on a short break as we live in a small village near Stroud, Gloucestershire. To be very honest Symondsbury is the best place we've ever been, food is brilliant, staff are the kindest I've ever met and the surroundings are just perfect.
