We had a lovely visit. The food was good and surprisingly …the coffee as well! For a venue that may cater more for tourists passing through that locals always returning, the cafe offered a really high standard. This level of consistency is hard to achieve. Considering how busy they were, the staff were attentive and made the experience very enjoyable.

Having booked a table, surprised to be warned on being seated that our food would not come for quite a while. 50 minutes in fact. Don’t know why I bothered to book!

Not sufficiently geared up with staff for half term/bank holiday. 45 minute wait for food but, were at least honest about that before order taken.
