An amazing visit! The food was delicious and the children were able to play in a safe and secure environment. The staff were really kind and engaged brilliantly with the kids. What a fab place for the whole family!

Booked for a 2 hour slot for birthday party which to be fair the kids absolutely loved and was great having it to ourselves so no waiting. Only thing that let it down was the fact that none of the staff seemed very aware of what the procedures are for a party, had paid for unlimited gaming but they didn’t seem to know this. When I booked the staff member I spoke to was very helpful and explained that it was 2 hours unlimited play and then an hour was booked for food and birthday cake in a different area. I assumed that someone would check just before 12 what the kids all wanted to eat and tell us where to go but at 12.20 we were asked what time the kids wanted to eat? I had already done a list of what the kids wanted and had given it to a member of staff. Don’t get me wrong it gave the kids longer on the games but then unfortunately we felt rushed off the tables at the end as the tables had been booked out again at 1. Several times asked a memeber of staff for drinks and 10 mins later had to ask again and seeing as we were the only people in there I wouldn’t expect that. Overall kids enjoyed just feel like they need to be a bit more organised. 1 member of staff in particular was brilliant with helping the kids set up games etc but seemed to be the only one actually doing anything ( not sure of his name but had dark hair)

Fabulous place to spend my daughters 13th birthday, very friendly staff and great food…… would highly recommend as always made to feel welcome.

We booked a table for my son’s party and everything was great. The staff could not have been more accommodating and really friendly and the boys had a fantastic time. Thank you
