Some very friendly and accommodating staff. Can't comment on food as waffles weren't available and that's what we came for! Table a bit sticky so wiped down ourselves. Very noisy with excitable little kids but that's to be expected I guess! £3.50 quite pricey for 5/10 mins on VR. Overall a bit underwhelmed I think. Perhaps we have to give it another chance...

Food was tasty however found a long hair in the cheesy chips which had to be pulled out of the melted cheese. This is something that is likely to happen as food hygiene practice is poor. I observed the kitchen and not one of the team was wearing a hairnet, also they were wearing jewellery which will harbour bacteria or could fall of into food, likewise with false nails and one lady even had sunglasses on her head. These are observations from this one visit but hope it prompts change. Kids had great fun and we hope to return in the future.

It was awesome , my boys had a lush time . They enjoyed the food and drinks. It was very clean staff where friendly will be going back thanks

Tubers is a great place to take the family, especially young kids. The adults can enjoy their food and a chat whilst the kids have fun on the games
