Was quite a wait for VR headset, was only frustrating thing. Staff amazing, very friendly and helpful and looked happy working even though was busy.

We did have a lovely time but it was very busy, the simulator broke down and the wait for the games was over our 2 hour time slot. The lady working at the time seemed to be doing everything and was very apologetic! She was lovely. Maybe less children should be catered for..
