Found the staff very friendly and informative Particularly impressed when I overheard a lady ask about dietary requirements your member of staff was able to give precise information and suitable substitutions for a dairy allergy. Spoke to a young lady who explained about Tubers academy and the activities. Food was very good and not overly priced. I’d recommend the festive burger.

It was our first visit to Tubers. The staff were really attentive, friendly & knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for them. They organised a birthday song & candle in our daughters waffle!! They spent time explaining the games & setting them up appropriately. I would thoroughly recommend an evening of family fun at Tubers, we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing night for our sons 9th birthday with friends. Really welcoming and fantastic at helping all night with all of their gaming, and helped all of the children throughout the evening. Perfect service all evening and they has the best night

Incredible trip out, the boys both loved it and can’t wait to come back. The staff were so friendly it really was a great experience all round.

Went to tubers for my son’s 7th birthday, the staff were really nice and so helpful would definitely recommend them
Excellent time at tubers for mysons 12th birthday party , the care and thoughtfulness of the staff was fabulous and in teaching and helping the children and even younger children learn the gaming was amazing ! we shall be visiting again x
