Was our first time and we really enjoyed it, we made a error in booking our table and when we arrived staff managed to make a table available for us. Was really impressed with the staff working

Was great first impression when we came in. Not enough VR games to play. A lot of waiting around. Was told the staff look after children help them spend the tokens but found myself trying to move the kids on to things when they were free or we wouldn’t get a turn. Only one staff member on a busy sat to assist kids onto games. We were told our food was coming to sit down but still waited 30 mins and then one meal didn’t get ordered so had to wait another 15mins for the meal. Great concept but better Organization needed. Probably would have spent more had there been more VR equipment available.

The lady working was lovely, :) always clean and tidy inside worth a visit my children all love it here
The staff worked very hard and were so lovely, nothing was to much trouble. I would suggest however that given current circumstances and the amount of work with the various activities that required their assistance, an additional staff member on duty would have been beneficial. Many thanks, we’ll be back!
