We booked a party for my son's 16 birthday. He and his friends had an awesome time, they can't wait to go back! Everything was perfect!

Staff were fantastic! So helpful couldn’t do more. One younger member of staff was abit more quite and didn’t seem sure on what was happening ect A bit dazed when you asked for help but we guessed she was new maybe?. But the other 2 women were exceptional! Nothing was to much trouble so chatty and friendly and worked so hard they never stopped!! Only negative was there are so many people compared to the amount of things to use that the line for them just gets bigger and bigger! Seemed like a few technical issues that held them up so they were getting the brunt of angry customers when it wasn’t their fault.As things kept stopping and not working. Just a few more things to play on while waiting would be ideal as lots of children were getting fed up. But again you should be very proud of your staff you have some excellent workers on your team

When we arrived we were shown our table, which unfortunately was stools at the main bench which would have been tricky for my 3 year old. We asked to move and were given another table but on the condition we leave it half an hour earlier giving us only 1.5 hours rather than 2 to use the games. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty but the milkshakes were a bit warmer than anticipated and had lots of lumps making them difficult to drink. The majority of staff were very enthusiastic and helpful but sometimes lacking in a bit of knowledge on how to play the games. We were left just to get on with playing and honestly as complete novices it would have been great for someone to show us how it worked because we wasted so much of our 10 minutes trying to get started. It’s a nice idea for a restaurant and with a few tweaks it could be great.

Went as a family of 4 tonight, 3 coeliacs included. From start to finish Alex was so friendly, helpful and really just a lovely person. She interacted brilliantly with with our 4 Yr old being dressed up as Anna from Frozen, knowing who she was. The burger I had was amazing and defintely couldn't tell it was gluten free , fries were so moreish they were gard to share and the waffles just had to be brought home as our stomachs weren't big enough, soooo good though Would defintely recommend you guys for the experience and atmosphere. Thank you

It was very busy when we visited with long waits to get on everything, but the staff were fantastic and super friendly and we had a great time. We will be back soon.

It was brilliant! Alex, the lovely waitress couldn’t do enough for us, and for others. She really enjoys what she does, and even recommend some yummy desserts! My boys had a BLAST on the X-Box and the virtual reality games. Make sure you put your name down to play when you arrive, as we had to wait 45 minutes for them to play on the games. The food arrived after roughly 30 minutes, and the restaurant was fairly busy at 5pm on a Saturday. The orders were correct, and we had plenty of food & sauces. The milkshakes are amazing! A must try! And the waffle stack was insane, yummy and gooey. We stayed for the whole time our table was booked for, the boys didn’t want to leave!

Very friendly staff, food came out quickly and very reasonably priced.
Kids had a fab time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was yummy Definitely liking forward to our next visit
