We stayed on the 29th and as soon as we walked in we were given a very warm welcome. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the waiting staff both in the evening and at breakfast were friendly and efficient, nothing was to much trouble. We will return next time we visit Alton.

A little lackluster and the staff seemed more engaged with the locals at the bar. Yes, we were early but the service should not differ based on the time you attend the venue or your local daily attendance.

Lovely food. Service was excellent. I just wanted to let you know your website had different food on it. You might want to make sure it’s the same on a Sunday.

Had an amazing Sunday roast beef with delicious trimming and ordered extra cauliflower cheese too which was absolutely worth it!! Fantastic attentive service. The whole place was very clean, all staff were friendly and very reasonably priced.

Better Menu than seen on internet, more choice , was seeted next to another couple and there was plenty of empty tables , would have like to be more seperated ,as Man next to us was coughing a lot service was ok felt like being observed , Guess waitress was not very Busy, and giving us full attention. Good night will visit again soon
