The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The food was tasty - more vegan choices would be a bonus!

We had a lovely evening. The food was lovely and plentiful. I did feel the plates were on the small side, however I appreciate it maybe because the tables were narrow. Having seperate tables was a bit different to what we were used to, as everyone seemed to gather around 2 x tables most of the evening, not wanting to feel left out of conversations. It wasn't too much of an issue, but I did find it most unusual to have 1 x toilet for the amount of guests. I also found behind the toilet door there was damage to the skirting and it was somewhat dirty. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The evening was a success and we would book another celebration with you. Thank you all Merry Christmas ❤️

My first visit for lunch since it’s changed hands and I feel it’s lost its magic a little. Arrived on time for a table booking for lunch, no staff to be seen and despite calling ‘hello’ a number of times, no one appeared. Just thinking about ringing the phone number and someone came from the back of the bar area. Problems with a delivery that had arrived just before we did. Shame that there was no other staff around to greet us. We were the first in and a second couple arrived as walk-ins but after been shown to a table and waiting a while, they left because no-one attended to them. Cocktails were good, as were the burgers but the duck spring rolls were disappointing. At first we thought they were just the vegetable ones but eventually found what we think was the duck, very sparse. Will give the Wro another try but probably not for a special occasion.
