We frequent Onella regularly. Went on a friday night and decided to take the €35 menu. We had prebooked and were taken to the upstairs room. It was very noisey with other customers. We politely asked to be moved to a more private table in the same room, but were told it was booked. Whoever had booked it didn't show up for 2hrs. In 2 and a half hours we were only served 3 small dishes. Only one server, who didn't really seem happy to be there. So we decided to call it quits, paid the bill and left. Will only visit when few customers are around.

Ambience is really nice. Service with a smile. And food great as usual.
