These ‘Terms & Conditions’ may vary from time to time. Please make sure you review them regularly.

Valid Identification is needed by all guests visiting the beach club, under 18´s are allowed inside the venue when accompanied by an adult however we do discourage bringing under 18´s into the Beach Club on our event days.
By entering Kaluna Beach Club, you consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to the resulting materials being used for commercial distribution, publication and Kaluna Beach Club communications, without payment or copyright.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to and/or eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. No refunds will be given under these circumstances.
To ensure safety, we reserve the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit and reserve the right to confiscate items, which may cause danger or disruption to others.
To help us give you the best customer service, please report any lost property as soon as possible and we will do our best to reunite you with your items.
Please note all customers are responsible for their belongings when attending an event. Kaluna Beach Club does not accept any responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
Please be aware that lost property items are only retained for two weeks so please contact us as soon you are aware an item is missing.
Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside the beach club.
Dress Code
All guests must wear suitable footwear upon arrival/departing the venue. You must be properly attired to use the pool. You may not enter the pool fully clothed!
Event Ticket Terms & Conditions
Event tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the club, event organiser or promoter. Full details are available on request.
The club reserves the right to request ticket holders to provide appropriate ID for proof of age purposes.
The ticket is ONLY valid for the specific date purchased, and will need to be shown on entry into the beach club.
Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the events calendar due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
The purchaser represents and warrants that the ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the club, without refund or other compensation.
No credit/debit card details will be held once the payment is processed.
We recommend early arrival especially for our events.

Bed Bookings
The bed prices at Kaluna Beach Club are based on a minimum spend. The minimum spend is the amount you and your guests commit to spending to guarantee the booking. The minimum spend can be spent on food or drink. Once the minimum spend is reached the bed rental is then free.
Payment is always made via a secure connection. For more information please refer to the website of the payment processor. As we charge in the local currency of Euros, we are unable to specify the amount taken in other currencies. Your bank will determine this rate.
Entry into the venue is at the manager’s discretion, any person refusing to comply with any regulation concerning public bathing or swimming will be asked to leave the premises.
Our beds are all double beds, please make sure you have read the instructions on the reservation page and followed them. The instructions are as follows:
select the amount of beds you want not the amount of people whom will be attending. Secondly select your preferred bed type from the drop-down menu the dates that we have availability for this bed type and quantity will be highlighted for selection in the calendar. If the bed type of your choice is not highlighted on the day you wish to attend, then you can either select a different bed type or a different date.
Once you have gone past the first screen you will see the only time available is 11am. This is our opening time, once booked the beds are yours all day. We do ask that our reservations arrive before 1pm or advise us in advance if you will arrive later.
On the third page of the reservation system you will be presented with various options of payment. Please select the correct payment for your bed choice. The prices are as follows.
VIP beds 100€ per bed
Regular Beds 50€ per bed
VIP cabin 300€ per cabin
VIP cabin with 2 regular beds 400€
VIP cabin with 2 VIP beds 500€
VIP area with Jacuzzi 600€ (200€ non-refundable deposit 400€ minimum spend)
All bed types other than the VIP area as stated will get the money spent on the reservation redeemed in food and drink on the day.
Wednesday – Sunday every week we have parties these parties include a 20€ entrance per person.
The entry can be bought in advance via the following link http://buytickets.at/kaluna/128203 or can be paid for on the door.
Please note if you select one bed type and then pay for a different option you will be allocated a bed that the management considers appropriate for the booking. For example if select regular bed in the first page and then pay for a VIP bed you will not be given a VIP bed upon arrival you will be given a regular bed but you will have the full amount to consume in food and drink on the day. However if you select a VIP bed on the first page and then pay for a regular bed you will be asked to pay the difference or moved to a regular bed.
Bed prices are subject to change during the season as per the Management´s discretion, we are not obligated to reduce the price of any previously booked bed in the event that the price for other similar beds are reduced at a later time. We are also not obligated to notify clients to let them know of a change in price to other beds.
Please note that we are not able to look after suitcases, hand luggage or helmets.
In case of injury or accident, please make yourself known to our staff. We do have fully qualified lifeguards on each day to help.
Final important points which may result in you been asked to leave the club or not allowed entry.
Please act and drink responsibly inside the venue – remember to keep hydrated and sun bathe with care.
