Thank you for choosing to dine with us at DARUMA. We just have a few important terms and conditions for you to read through before your visit.

GENERAL 

Reservation time: 1.5 hours. Please pay attention to the start and the end hours of your reservation.

If you are running late, please note that we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 15 minutes.
Tables are assigned automatically. If you wish to book your favourite table or hall, please write in comment field. Please note that During busy hours this change might not be possible. 

 

NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, your card will be charged 10 euros for each person. The restaurant allows cancelling reservations 24 hours before the reservation without any charges. Should there be any changes to the reserved number, please let us know 12 hours before the reserved time. Otherwise, each person that didn't show up will be charged 10 euros. We fully understand that there are various situations, please get in touch with us to cancel your reservation as soon as possible by calling (01)5341595 or email to [email protected]

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

For bookings made online or over the phone, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided within few seconds of making your booking.

In addition to confirming your reservation details, this initial confirmation email will also include instructions to cancel or amend your booking should you need to.

Bookings will be required to enter credit card details to secure your reservation.
