Due to limited customer capacity and an unnacceptable number of 'no shows', we are obliged to request a £10pp deposit when booking the dining pods, fully redeemable against your bill. Your reservation cannot be regarded as confirmed until this is paid. In the event of a cancellation up to 48 hours beforehand it will be refunded in full, but will otherwise be forfeit. We are sorry that this has become necessary.
