It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their reservation requests do not contravene government guidance on gathering indoors, and with this in mind we are currently unable to accept bookings for groups of more than six guests.  All visitors to the tearoom must comply with the Government regulations on dining out, meeting in groups and the wearing of face coverings.  

We have altered the layout of the tearoom to accommodate social distancing.  We are currently operating a table service so that you can remain seated during your visit (unless you need the bathroom of course!) so please do move the furniture or make any changes to the seating arrangements.  

You will be asked to sanitize your hands on arrival, and hand sanitizer is provided at your table for your frequent use.  For the safety of both staff and customers, we ask that any person who feels unwell or displays any symptoms of Covid19 does not attend.  If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to transfer your reservation an alternative date at no extra cost. 

Payment for the set afternoon tea menu must be made at the time of booking - you can use the payment link below.  We allow a 2 hour window (from the time of booking) for you to complete your payment, and reservations that remain unpaid after this time will be released back on to general sale.  Additional drinks will be charged at the end of your visit and we accept both card and cash payments.

Please note that no refunds will be given, and the transfer of bookings due to Covid19 related illness is at the manager’s discretion.  Missed reservations and late arrivals will be charged at full price.
