Booking policy - PLEASE READ

1. All bookings are subject to a 15 minute wait time from the original time of the reservation, failure to properly notify Franklin's of lateness via phone/email will result in your original booking being released without notice. 

2. We have a strict policy regarding bringing own food/beverages onto the premises for the purpose of consumption. Anyone doing so may obliged to pay a Corkage fee 

3. We operate a strict CHALLENGE 25 policy for the retail and sale of alcohol on and off the premises. Failure to provide valid (in date) identification to show that you are over the age of 18 will result in refusal of service.

4. Unfortunately we have a no paraphernalia policy regarding parties and prior permission is required before being able to decorate the premises in any capacity. 

5. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol if we feel that a member of the party appears intoxicated upon or during the time of the reservation as prescribed in the licensing act (2003). It is against the law for us to do so under any circumstances. 

6. Any form of abuse being either verbal or physical to any employee or another guest will result in your party being asked to leave the premises immediately. Where necessary we will contact the authorities.

7. Allergens and Intolerances - It is necessary for each guest's personal wellbeing to alert a member of staff to any allergen or intolerance they may have before ordering any food or beverage. Our staff have gone through a vigorous training programme although it is solely down to each party member to alert us to any dietary requirements so that we may act accordingly for all food and beverage preparations.

8. All reservations excluding private bookings are subject to a strict 2 hour policy table time. This means that your "2" hours will commence at the original time of the reservation and not the arrival time. We may in some circumstances allow a longer dinning period although this is at the Manager's discretion only. 

COVID-19

Unless exempt, it is a legal requirement for all party members to wear a mask whilst directly not sitting at the designated table of reservation. Failure to comply may result in termination of reservation. 

All parties are required to login to the NHS Track and Trace App on arrival at the venue as per government requirements. Refusal to do so will result in refusal of service. 

When moving around the venue, guests are expected to maintain social distancing between themselves and other guests where possible. 

Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout our venue in order to maintain social distancing guidelines.
