By booking at Lolas, you confirm your acceptance of the following terms & conditions:
GENERAL
We are unable to hold your table for longer than 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible at +44 7588 065360.
PAYMENT
All bookings must be secured with a valid credit or debit card. No payment will be taken at the time of booking.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation or fail to turn up, a fee of £5 per person will be charged to your card.
You may cancel your reservation without charge up to 24 hours before the booking time. To cancel, please use the "Cancel Booking" link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 100% reservation fee.
SECURITY
Payment card details are securely stored, and any fees for cancellations or no-shows will be processed via Stripe Payments UK, Ltd, acting on behalf of Lolas Bournemouth Limited.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS
If your booking is not honoured or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of £5 per person will apply.
If fewer guests attend than initially booked and you fail to inform us at least 24 hours before the reservation, a charge of £5 per person for each absent guest will be applied.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to amend your booking details, including the number of guests.
