“AMANDUS” – RESTAURANT IN THE HEART OF VILNIUS OLD TOWN IS LEAD BY CHEF DEIVYDAS PRASPALIAUSKAS

Chef-virtuoso Deivydas Praspaliauskas, who has been elected as the best Lithuanian chef for several times, has brought together a creative and youthful team in his own restaurant “Amandus” for the great purpose – to create a perfect experience serving fantastic tasting dinner. Deivydas and his team welcome guests from all over the world and treat them with unexpected combinations of flavour, that awaken inner senses, enrich body and amazes with it’s creative and aesthetic serving.

Each month we introduce new tasting menu. Tasting dinners are served from Wednesdays to Saturdays, from 19:00 o’clock.

Starting from May 1, 2025, the format and price of the tasting dinner (including gift vouchers) will change. The price per person for the tasting dinner will be €100, but mineral water throughout the dinner and coffee/tea after dinner will be included at no additional charge.

The price for the wine pairing per person from May 1, 2025, will be €50.

All gift vouchers purchased before this date will remain valid under the old terms.

Patirtis Amandus restorane buvo pirmoji ir paliko labai didelį įspūdį! Labai patiko, kad keitėsi personalas, kurie pristatinėjo patiekalus ir gėrimus. Kiekvienam po 10 balų! Apie skonius neturiu komentarų-tobula! Labai patiko, kad turėjome laiko tarp patiekalų pasimėgauti gėrimais ir pašnekesiais. Jautėmės laukiami:) suma summarum labai labai patiko! Manau, kad grįšime dar ne kartą! P.s.: netoli buvo staliukas prie kurio vakarieniavo keturios senyvo amžiaus damos. Buvo nuostabu klausytis kaip šefas ir kiti kolegos vis prieina prie staliuko paplepėti su poniomis, papasakoti apie patiekalus plačiau, pajuokauti. Ponios tikrai buvo apdovanotos dėmesiu! Nu taip jauku! Ačiū už nuostabų vakarą visam kolektyvui!

The default Subject title is “Fantastic meal” but we thought that the whole experience of dining at Amandus was wonderful. The service was exemplary from our Welcome drink to digestif and coffee. The food was seriously delicious and at times, playful - the popping candy with the sorbet made us laugh out loud! The dishes were all brimming with flavours and looked stunning. The wine pairing worked well with generous glasses of excellent wine that complemented the courses. By the end, we felt replete but not over full and very happy with the whole experience. We even had a nice chat with the Chef!
