Friendly and thoughtful staff, delicious food and The Anchor Inn is simply a lovely place to spend time with friends and/or family for a drink and some good food.

Food was good, presentation not amazing. The cheesecake was a sad affair, no fruit or dressing of any kind! Beer was off - twice. We love and support this pub, we hope the overall quality improves.

My son has food allergies to peanuts / tree nuts and sesame. I felt at ease and a meal was produced for my son separately. We never go for meals out due to the worry but this was the first place I felt really safe and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back
Best roast I’ve had for ages! Harvey’s was perfect and the organic wine was fantastic. Really great service too
