Very friendly service and bigger portions that we expected especially the nachos. Food was delicious and there was a lovely atmosphere in the pub as it was quite full and I think lots of cribbage was being played. We brought with us some Australian visitors who loved the place.

Always good food and excellent friendly service. The only gripe is we like to sit in court yard and look at fish, sadly the court yard and pond haven’t been looked after in months.

Lovely food as always. Super waitress. Polite, friendly and warm. A credit to your restaurant. I cannot remember her name but has served us many times.

A first visit to the Anchor Inn. Very welcoming and a good menu selection. The pork belly roast was tasty and came with plenty of veg. etc.
