We met friends visiting from Australia and of course there was a lot of catching up to do. We were made welcome and looked after well. We stayed longer than would be usual but felt welcome throughout

Lovely meal last night thank you. Food was delicious. Portion sizes were great. Roast tasted freshly cooked - not warmed up like some in a Sunday evening. Staff very friendly. One disappointment was that the pie wasn’t on the Sunday menu. Hey ho - will have to make another visit! Thank you.

The staff were perfect. Food good, roast meat very good quality . I would have liked my roast potatoes a bit more crispy but that’s my preference. Otherwise everything presented very well.

Lovely Sunday roast “apart from the roast potatoes” could not even cut in to them, shame as everything else was perfect, especially the lamb, would I go back there, yes
