Turned up for our booking and it was closed! Terrible service given that they sent out 4 reminder emails to make sure we attended

Didn't eat here, came on a Sunday evening, it was very quiet which was to be expected but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was really nice! I didn't get the staff members names but there was a blue-haired lady and a tall chap with dark hair, both very nice people and would rate very highly!!

On Saturday evening we had a table booked for 4. I tried calling the bootlegger to inform them we would be running late but there was no response after trying twice! When we arrived we were told our table had been given to someone else and I found the manager wasnt very accommodating or apologetic. We were looking forward to having cocktails at the bootlegger as we had heard good things about it. Plus it was for a birthday celebration so I was very disappointed!! Maybe tables could be held for a longer amount of time as we were only 30 mins late?!!
