I haven’t been to the Deck before and it had been recommended . I did think it was quite pricey for the food.

Loved the ambience/location/service/friendlyness. Would have preferred the burgers to be served on normal plates. Steak was a little tough.

Delicious meal. We had the scallops and hake. Brownie for pud and other half had parfait. ( this was tasty but very hard, just needed to defrost a bit before serving.) Staff were friendly and very attentive. It was a lovely evening. Thank you. Only irritant we’re the flies who really like the mirrors inside?!

Food had potential to be great, but wasn’t. Fresh crab (I’m pretty sure) had been frozen. Tempura batter was definitely not tempura. Prawns were great, lobster ok, smoked salmon tasted like cheap supermarket one, it was a birthday and we were all very disappointed. On the whole food way too expensive for what it was - 4 people paid over £300 for an average meal (but nice wine) that if it was sourced and cooked better could have been superb - I won’t be going again.
Lovely place and meal but it was way too hot inside at 10.15am. Think some more ventilation, air con or fans need to be considered. We hurried our meal just to get out onto the terrace which was a shame as it was a special occasion
